We work in our daily lives with women who have experienced trauma and/or loss in their life. Some are survivors of sexual abuse, some had a traumatic birth experience, some have experienced loss . Those events or a combination of them can cause a disconnection to your own body. Our experienced yoga instructors will help you to feel comfortable and confident in your body again. You will have the chance to release fears and pressure in a safe space. Lots of meditation, relaxing and breathing helps you step-by-step to move towards healing. Exercises can help you to gain confidence and self worth. We are glad to support you in your journey.
Yoga Grief and Trauma meets Mondays 11:30-1pm, and Fridays 7:30-9pm.
